Where you will harvest your own cactus, knead your own tortillas and spice your own salsa on a real molcajete. All Catman Surf School lessons start on the sand with ocean awareness and safety. We’ll go over the basics on how to position yourself on the board, paddling, and how to pop up. Afterwards, we’ll transition to the surf, followed by your first go at small white water waves. Your safety always come first, and Sergio will be by your side every step of the way. Once in the water, he’ll show you how to read the waves, position your take off, and the etiquette of wave riding. His private lessons are built to make your adventure on the waves one to remember. Hello! we are Mexican Spirits Club, a group of friends who are passionate about spirits produced in Mexico since ancient times. We carry out our tastings and pairings in a small tequila club we have in downtown Cabo, where we usually meet once or twice a week to taste craft spirits from all over the country that you will not find anywhere else in the city. We do tastings with different pairings accompanied with the 6 certified Mexican spirits with designation of origin such as tequila, mezcal, Sotol, raicilla, Bacanora and Charanda from different states of Mexico. In each tasting we talk and discuss the process of elaboration of the spirits, the history and the flavors of each one of them and how to collect the different flavors with the foods of our country. We will explain to you how to taste each one to detect, aromas and tastes, through this you will become an expert taster! This activity is only for adults over the age of 18 years old.

You will arrive to Vas Que Vuelas Mezcaleria an authentic mezcal bar with more than 50 Mezcal brands including their own bottles. We will first start with an explanation on how mezcal is made followed by a tasting of 3 different mezcals, each made of a different agave plant or from different regions within Mexico, you will be able to taste the variety of flavors and notes of each plant and region in which they grow. After the tasting we will finish with a quick class on how to prepare a delicious mezcal cocktail (you can drink it also!). The entire experience takes about 90 minutes, trust us, you will leave happy and being knowledgeable on mezcal and Mexican spirits.

Shore fishing is an excellent activity to spend time getting to know the diversity of hidden spots where you can do this type of fishing such as Cabo del Este, the Pacific Zone and the coasts of Los Cabos, you will find many places known as the Costa beach Azul in San José del Cabo, beside to discovering some of its own secret spots. The advantage that our company has for you is that we go directly to your hotel to pick up you in a van for this activity in front of the beach, with a bilingual driver willing to satisfied all your needs during the way only in the event that your hotel doesn’t count with an own beach or it is protected with its species.
